  TUESDAY :  THE FINEST CYCLING TOUR OF CHIANG RAI.
 
 Directly from the homestay we cycle to the Temple and rock formation, how you  can    see across the rice fields from the homestay. This rock has a Buda cave inside where    we take a look.                                                                                                                                        
 

 We cycle on the banks of the Mae Kok river and going through narrow roads and paths  between the rice fields and trough villages to the white Temple.    ( Wat Rong Khun )                                                                                                                         

 

 This beautiful snow-white Temple is Chaloemchai Khositphiphat's masterwork.      
 He is one of Thailand’s celebrity artists, and realy its a amazing Temple complex.

 
                                                                                                                                                                      Whe continue cycling through small villages and visit a local school. In the afternoon we go a few miles from paved roads to dirt roads to visit a tea plantation, from this tea        plantation you have a amazing surrounding view. If we continue cyclig towards the          White Buda, we pass a several rubber tree plantations,. When we arrive on The White Buda mountain you have the choise, with our pickup truck to the top of this mountain of the stairs with 722 steps. On the top you have a amazing view to the white Buda and surrounding Chiang Rai. After this we cycling back to the homestay.
