Thursday : LONGBOAT TRIP TO ELEPHANT CAMP & HOTSPRINGS |
This tour we start directly from the homestay, we walk 400 yards trough the rice fields ot the Mae Kok river, on the boarding point we take the long boat to the elephant camp Ruam Mit. Here we visit first the reptiles including phytons. We walk through this Hill-tribe village to the elephant camp, and we make a trip on a elephant for one hour. This trip go through the Mae Kok river and the Hill-tribe village.

Then the trip go through the unspoilt nature with beautiful hills and rice fields. Here you see the local Hill-tribes doing their daily work.

After this beautiful elephant trip we go to the hotsprings, where you can cook an egg, have a swim in the sulphurous pool or relax in a private cabin with a family bathtub.
